In this paper, both the unpolarized and polarized $\rho$ meson generalized parton distributions are investigated in framework of Nambu--Jona-Lasinio model using proper time regularization scheme. The symmetry properties checked. three independent distribution functions deep inelastic scattering, $F_1(x)$, $b_1(x)$ $g_1(x)$, Sachs-like charge, magnetic, quadruple form factors $G_C(t)$, $G_M(t)$ $G_Q(t)$, which first Mellin moments obtained. addition, $u$ quark axial vector $\tilde{F}_1^u(t)$ $\tilde{F}_2^u(t)$ related to currents from studied. impact parameter dependent functions, two-dimensional Fourier transform studied, too. obtained satisfy required well.
